📄 Insurance Requirements

Van is insured with Progressive Commercial Auto (liability $300k + comp/collision, $500 deductible).

Individual renters must show: valid driver’s license + proof of personal auto liability insurance.

Company rentals must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming 5th Collective LLC as Additional Insured.

Renters are responsible for damages up to deductible and all traffic/parking/toll violations.
