Tiny Tribe Rentals – Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

Welcome to Tiny Tribe Rentals! By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Liability Waiver. Please read them carefully before renting any equipment.


1. Rental Agreement

By booking with Tiny Tribe Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to rent baby gear and related items for a limited period.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent.


2. Reservation & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be shown at checkout.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Holiday, after-hours, or urgent deliveries may include additional fees (shown at checkout).

3. Delivery, Pickup & Access

  • Delivery is made to homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
  • Customer must confirm accurate address, flight information (if applicable), and delivery instructions.
  • For hotel or Airbnb drop-off, Customer agrees that items may be left with front desk staff or host if allowed by the property.

If we are unable to deliver or pick up due to inaccurate information or lack of access, a re-delivery fee may apply.


4. Cleaning & Safety Standards

All equipment is:

  • Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals
  • Safety-checked for recalls, defects, and proper operation
  • In good working condition at the start of each rental

Customer agrees to inspect items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns.


5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By renting equipment from Tiny Tribe Rentals, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

5.1 Use at Your Own Risk

Customer assumes all risk related to the use of rented baby gear. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Normal risks associated with infant and child equipment
  • Injuries resulting from misuse, improper setup, or lack of supervision
  • Any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or environmental factors

5.2 No Car Seat Installation

Tiny Tribe Rentals does not install car seats, assist with installation, or provide safety advice.
Customer is solely responsible for installing car seats correctly following manufacturer and vehicle instructions.

5.3 Proper Use

Customer agrees to:

  • Follow all manufacturer instructions
  • Supervise children at all times while using rented items
  • Use items only for their intended purpose
  • Not alter, modify, or repair any equipment

5.4 Release of Liability

Customer releases and holds harmless Tiny Tribe Rentals, its owners, and its staff from:

  • Any injury, accident, or claim arising from use of rented equipment
  • Any damages caused by misuse or improper operation
  • Any harm resulting from Customer’s failure to follow safety guidelines

Customer understands that Tiny Tribe Rentals is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from equipment use.


6. Damage, Loss, Theft & Cleaning

Customer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup.

Fees may apply for:

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Missing pieces or accessories
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Smoke, pet, or excessive mess requiring deep cleaning
  • Returning items extremely dirty (food, spills, sand, etc.)

If an item is lost or deemed unsafe to re-rent, Customer will be charged the replacement cost.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard bookings:

Cancel 2 weeks before delivery → Full refund

Cancel within 14 days of delivery: No refunds unless Cancellation Protection was purchased at checkout

Holiday bookings:

  • Holiday and peak-season cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Early Returns

Early returns are allowed, but unused days are not refundable, as the equipment has been reserved for your dates.


9. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Be present (or designate someone) for delivery/pickup
  • Return items in the same condition received
  • Notify us immediately of any issues, damage, or missing parts
  • Ensure equipment is kept indoors and protected from weather

10. Tiny Tribe Right to Refuse Service

We may decline or cancel a rental if:

  • Equipment is unavailable
  • Delivery to the location is unsafe
  • Customer violates policies or acts disrespectfully toward staff

If canceling due to our error, a full refund will be issued.


11. Privacy & Communication

By booking, Customer consents to:

  • Receiving communication about their rental
  • Allowing Tiny Tribe Rentals to contact hosts or property managers for delivery arrangements
  • Allowing photos of delivered setups to be used for proof of delivery when applicable

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.


13. Agreement

By placing an order with Tiny Tribe Rentals, Customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to all Terms of Service and Liability Waiver provisions listed above.

  • Renting from our website is easy. Specify the rental duration, whether you need it for a few days or several weeks. Browse our selection of essentials, which includes options for various ages and needs. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout.

    From the cart select your preference for delivery and pick up. You can select Airport delivery, or local delivery (hotel, Airbnb, private residence). You can even pick it up yourself for FREE!  We are located just 3 miles from the airport.

    We handle cleaning and maintenance, allowing you to enjoy your trip!

  • Upon booking include your flight number. We can track your flight the day of delivery to check for delays, this helps us time our arrival.

    Typically, we allow 40 minutes between the time you land and our arrival. This gives you time to get your bags and head to the rental counter.

    If you do not see your rental car company on the drop-down at checkout then it is not located at the FLL airport itself.

    If you are taking an Uber, Lyft or Shuttle to your destination we prefer to meet you outside out baggage before your ride arrives. We can park in the Cell Phone Lot and once you exit please let us know the door number you will be waiting at.

    For Pickups let us know the night before what time you plan on arriving at the airport and we will meet you there!

  • If any of your items sustain any damage during your use, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding stroller damage. Your prompt reporting of any issues is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the quality of our rental strollers.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if you find that you need it for a longer duration than initially intended.

    Contact us to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. Keep in mind that the availability of each item may vary, so it's advisable to notify us as early as possible to secure the equipment.

  • Most hotels allow for us to leave the items with the front desk. Please call them to make sure.

    Then provide the name on the reservation and we can take care of the rest. Everything will be bagged and tagged for you.
